In depth

Verdict

Bennelong has been in fine form over a mile here of late and landed a double before going close again off today's mark last week. But preference is for the lightly-raced five-year-old CATARIA GIRL, who scored over today's trip at Lingfield earlier in the month and can shrug off a 3lb rise in the weights with further progress likely. Diletta Tommasa has place claims in this company but neither Back On The Trail nor Innoko have shown any improvement for their recent slide down the weights.
