Verdict

Penarth Pier is penalised having beaten Fly The Nest over 7f here recently and the latter re-opposes on better terms. Black Isle Boy scored over track and trip last time with Hey Ho Let's Go back in fourth but had earlier finished behind BROUGHTON EXCELS when the latter was placed at Chelmsford. Beaten less than a length on that occasion, Stuart Williams’ charge is taken to come out best in this. Englishman failed in a bid for hat-trick when second at Lingfield last week and looks best of the remainder.
