led until added over 2f out, soon switched left, lost 2nd over 1 f out, rallied and kept on near finish
tracked leader, ridden to lead over 2f out, soon hung right, clear 1f out, stayed on strongly, driven out
held up last, soon ridden along, outpaced over 2f out, stayed on to take 2nd over 1f out, no chance with winner
A tiddly field where all three have claims, however we will side with Fong's Gazelle to get off the mark at the ninth time of asking. Shawhill didn't look totally comfortable at Lingfield last time out but may be better suited by this track and looks the main danger to the selection based on that last run when third behind Spring Glory. Title Deed sports a visor for the first time today after a lacklustre effort last time out and he doesn't look the most straight-forward of animals. This further step up in trip isn't sure to suit and so for that reason, he is opposed with Fong's Gazelle. Mark Johnston has his stable in fine fettle at the present and if gifted an easy lead early on, his filly may prove hard to peg back. She has been given a break since her last run and assuming she has wintered well, she looks the value call in an open little maiden.
