Verdict

Taffe had Waseem Faris behind when scoring at Lingfield last month and should be in the firing line once again, but the less exposed DARK CASTLE looks the one to side with. He landed a maiden over C&D a fortnight ago in fine style and the well beaten runner-up has subsequently won. With further progress on the cards, Sylvester Kirk's charge is the one to beat. The form of Pale Orchid's maiden victory at Lingfield doesn't look as strong and she'll need more back in handicap company, while Worth has looked in the handicappers grip since October's win at Wolverhampton.
