Verdict
SWIFT BIRD made a bold bid from the front at Lingfield last time only to be run out of it close home with today's rival Summerandlightning well behind. Noel Quinlan's filly can go one better here with that experience to draw on. The opposition could be led by Fortunateencounter, who had shaped well at Newmarket on her debut before disappointing at this track in October, while Dubaianswer and Greenflash both hail from yards capable of getting newcomers ready. However, breeding suggests fellow debutant Octavo may need a longer trip to be seen at her best.
