        Verdict

        Plenty with claims in this but it could pay to stick with the progressive BIFF JOHNSON. He bids for a hat-trick having landed a double at Chelmsford over 1m2f and there could be more to come from Keith Dalgleish's charge stepping up in distance today. Kalahari is lightly raced for his age and made a winning start for new connections over track and trip three weeks ago while Fern Owl went close here last time, Honeymoon Cocktail won at Lingfield before placing at Southwell and Saint Honore has every chance back over 1m4f after a modest effort over further.
