Quite a competitive staying handicap in which Prince Charlemagne, Bold Adventure and Santera lock horns once again after filling the first three places here last time. However, it would be no surprise to see SANTERA reverse placings with the front two at the weights, especially as that last run was only her second outing since joining the Tony Carroll operation. She stayed on nicely that day and this looks a solid opportunity for her to rediscover winning brackets. Delorain hasn't been disgraced in a couple of Fibresand outings this term but is probably better suited by this Polytrack surface. He landed this contest last year and is only 2lb higher for today's renewal. He's a definite contender, likewise Savaronola, a fair third at Southwell on his first run for Des Donovan since leaving the Barney Curley yard.
