In depth

Verdict

MARVELINO has improved since finishing down the field when favourite for the Brockelsby. This is easier than his latest task at Ascot and he's taken to open his account. Lea Valley Black posted a better effort at Windsor last month and is going the right way while Ace Pearl's debut third at Southwell wasn't a bad effort and he could figure. Hasopop is a half-brother to three winners and any strong support for him on his debut could prove significant and Bountybeamadam makes most appeal of the remainder.
