In depth

Formwatch

Dark Stranger (FR) Beaten four lengths behind Dulas Bay at Sandown on return (now 7lb better) but flattered and remains off a stiff mark.

Chief's Song Has been out of form this term and likely to struggle.

Be My Manager (IRE) Lightly raced over fences and remains an exciting prospect depite being pulled up on seasonal return last month (may have needed outing); highly regarded and should not be underestimated.

Super Tactics (IRE) Smart chaser on his day but reaching the veteran stage and has a long losing sequence to overcome; others preferred.

Bouchasson (FR) Not as effective as he once was but tumbling down the weights and showed signs of a return to form latest.

Dulas Bay Impressive when landing Sandown event latest (now 7lb higher); likes a sharp track and is capable of further progress so will be hard to beat.

Wise King Well behind Dulas Bay at Sandown latest and still hard to envisage a turnaround despite being 11lb better off for 14 lengths.
