Sam Missile had returned a losing favourite three times on the bounce before winning over 1m4f here last time and carries 6lb extra. Illustrissime won a claimer on the all-weather at Deauville last month and has subsequently joined David Loughnane while a mark of 85 seems high enough for Southwell maiden winner Flymetothestars, who hasn’t raced since February. Red Rannagh was still beaten five lengths when placed at Goodwood last time so another chance goes to FLEETING VISIT (NAP), a close-up third at Sandown recently and racing off the same mark today.
