In depth
Verdict
HEADLINE ACT looks the class act in this handicap and he can get the better of Sixties Swinger and Fin Vin de Leu. John Gosden's colt got his head in front in decent style towards the end of last season and he looked in need of the run on his seasonal return at Leicester last month. He was slowly away that day which did not help his chance and with that run under his belt he is taken to resume winning ways. Sixties Swinger ran well on his racecourse debut last season, but he failed to build on that in two subsequent runs and it will be interesting to see if he has trained-on after his winter break. Fin Vin de Leu does have a race fitness edge on some of his rivals and he won well last time, but this looks a tougher assignment today. Graycliffe won on his last visit here and he could go well at a price. However, Headline Act should prove too strong here and he gets the vote.
