Verdict

Neither Lujeanie nor Scottish Lake can be dismissed out of hand but both will need to improve on their efforts behind Light From Mars over track and trip in January. The latter also beat Ocean Legend last month and Perfect Mission will need to step up on this year's form if he's to have a say in proceedings, though he does have the past form that gives him a chance. The Guru Of Gloom has disappointed since scoring at Wolverhampton last month considering he was raised only 3lb and another chance goes to AL KHAN. Sent off favourite when second over a longer trip at Wolverhampton a week ago, he'd won over track and trip before that and this looks no tougher.
