In depth

Verdict

Notre Belle Bete won at the All-Weather Championships’ at Newcastle back in April and returns from a lay-off while Choisya went close at Newmarket last month and Hafeet Alain won at York though the latter has a poor strike rate on the all-weather. Catch The Paddy, Autumn Festival and Caragio have been in good form over 7f lately but a chance is taken on the unexposed JULIA AUGUSTA. The latter faced a tough task in Listed company on her first start since May but that will have blown any cobwebs away and Roger Varian’s yard remains in top form.
