Always On The Run made all and quickened from the front when scoring easily over course and distance last month and may well be capable of going close again off a 9lb higher mark. Antony has been racing over further, however, and blotted his copybook here last time. Ink Master has become disappointing but Purple 'n Gold is worth monitoring as the ground dries out. SIRABAD has yet to win over fences but was third behind the Cheltenham-placed Full Shift here two runs ago and a subsequent run under a big weight over hurdles can be safely ignored – he would have a chance at the weights.
