In depth

Verdict

Rocky Rebel finished third behind the progressive Fire In Babylon last time and has a chance on that form. Galiotto is also worthy of consideration on his recent three-length victory over course and distance with Ryan Moore taking over the reins, while Opus went close stepped up to today's distance at Southwell last month and is equally at home on this surface. NEWTON CROSS showed improvement racing over 2m for the first time when beating Boston Blue here on his latest start. Lightly-raced for his age, Jimmy Fox's colt is taken to follow up off only a 3lb higher mark.
