Almodovar was last seen in action finishing runner-up in a Group 1 in France but that was in 2018 and he’s switched yards subsequently. Khuzaam is racing for the first time since narrowly beaten in last year’s renewal ahead of Via Serendipity while winning handicapper Lord Rapscallion debuts for new connections having won on the all-weather in Ireland. But the three-year-olds are preferred in this with the progressive JOHAN looking worth a try at this higher level having easily won a handicap at Chelmsford last month. Kinross disappointed dropped down into Listed company at Newbury in September while Romsey came up short in this grade at Lingfield last time, though Ryan Moore takes over the reins. The remainder have plenty to find on these terms.
