    Verdict

Bishop's Crown showed some promise when fifth at Newbury on his debut behind a winner from the Gosdens’ yard. The latter run the newcomer UNCLE MATTHEW, a half-brother to ex-stablemate and Group 2 winner Fanny Logan, and the Godolphin-owned colt may prove good enough. Dionysian ran well over a longer trip at Yarmouth while Campaign Trail finished closer at Lingfield last time and is preferred to City Cyclone. Kind Spirit is one of the more exposed having been handicapping without success.
