Verdict

ALEXI BOY appreciated the switch to the all-weather and made a winning debut for Michael Bell’s yard at Lingfield. This extra distance should suit and he can defy a penalty. Electric Storm is also penalised having made a winning debut over 7f at Kempton while Vultar made a belated seasonal debut when going close over the same trip at Doncaster and Silvretta is another dropping down in trip after going close at Newmarket. Pride Of Spain cost 320,000gns as a half-brother to five winners and is preferred of the newcomers.
