CULTIVATOR is likely to be a short price to get back to winning ways. He found Grade 1 company too hot in the Challow Hurdle at Newbury on New Year’s Eve but has had a nice break since and did run the classy Messire Des Obeaux to under three lengths at Sandown earlier. Pilansberg is the other penalised runner in the race but he ran poorly at Cheltenham after winning a small race at Fakenham. Jennifer Eccles ran a nice race on her hurdling debut at Fontwell but the selection’s stablemate Milzipa hasn’t really taken to jumping so far.
