In depth

Verdict

Naughty Rascal won nicely at Lingfield when sent off favourite on his debut. Another bold bid is expected despite carrying a penalty but the 7lb concession to KAMIKAZE LORD may prove beyond him. The latter showed good progress when beaten only a head at Ascot earlier this month and Jeremy Noseda’s colt is taken to go one better in this. Bob The Bruce has shown no progress since placing at Haydock earlier while Riviera Claire and Classic Star make most appeal of the newcomers.
