      Verdict

      Ennaadd has only tasted defeat once so far on Polytrack and deserves a crack at this higher level. He may well have more to come, though his absence since April is a slight worry and he is taking on a rival at the top of his game. SOVEREIGN DEBT has won his last two on Turf and has also been successful in this grade on Tapeta. He was given plenty to do when only fourth in this last year but still finished ahead of Richard Pankhurst and, with Dawaa likely to set a strong gallop, can come out on top this time. Hathal was out of his depth in the QE II Cup at Ascot last month but had earlier won a Group 3 at Haydock so can't be ignored.
