Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

FORTUNATE BID is holding his form well and has gone close on a couple of occasions since scoring at Wolverhampton last month. Only 2lb higher today, Linda Stubbs' charge looks the safest option. Annes Rocket was narrowly defeated at Salisbury last week and should figure off the same mark, while Karate ran well again when second in similar company over C&D last time and he makes most appeal of the rest. Putin was beaten three lengths when runner-up at Lingfield latest and Titan Diamond has shown no improvement for his slide down the weights.
