      Verdict

      UNCLE DICK appreciated the step up in trip on last week’s reappearance. He finished strongly to win at Wolverhampton and there looks more to come. Semper Augustus placed at Lingfield racing over a mile for the first time and is preferred to Babajan while Discomatic and Bodroy make their handicap debuts with the former making more appeal on a couple of placed efforts over today’s distance in novice company.
