In depth

Verdict

HOLY HEART won over course and distance before finding one too good on his handicap debut. John Gosden’s charge was beaten less than a length on that occasion and gets another chance in this. Sun Hat came unstuck behind Juanito Chico here attempting to land a four-timer and is better than that. She may well reverse latest running with the winner and sixth-placed Come On Tier despite the latter placing at Newcastle subsequently. Carouse has struggled over hurdles recently but landed a double on the all-weather at this time last year while Enzemble’s best effort in a handicap so far came over a longer trip.
