Verdict

Habit Rouge was too green to do herself justice at Bath but stayed on nicely when the penny dropped and will have come on a bundle. Woodcock was always in the front rank at Chepstow and only faded close home but LOVER'S MOON is probably the one to beat after a much better effort at Yarmouth where she stayed on strongly. Neither of the two newcomers would need to be special to make a successful start so watch the market for clues.
