        Verdict

        Macy Anne has been performing over longer trips and was only headed inside the final furlong over a mile at Bath last time. She's nicely handicapped and should go well along with Jumeirah Palm Star, a winner over a mile here last month but not finding Turf or Epsom's undulating track to her liking in subsequent starts. Purley Queen has had plenty of experience but her only success came in very testing conditions at Ffos Las while Norlander has only raced over 6f and shown mainly moderate form and Saratoga Slew hasn't progressed as expected after a couple of good runs in May. MAJESTIC ZAFEEN won over a mile here in January and was a close runner-up the following month. She hasn't done so well on Turf subsequently but a return to her favourite surface can see her get back to winning ways.
