Verdict

SOLAR DEITY continued his progressive form with a defeat of Kenny Powers in Listed company at Wolverhampton last month. He'd earlier beaten the re-opposing George Guru and Atlantis Crossing at Lingfield and can go in again. The latter has since won over 7f here while Chapter And Verse finished ahead of Nazreef when third on his latest start but has yet to win off a mark as high as today's. Loving Spirit and Mister Music are others with a shout on last year's best form but both are proving hard to win with.
