Rowan Ridge was winning his first race when successful over 1m4f here last week and following up under a 6lb penalty may prove beyond him. Kayaan scored at Leicester back in June but has won over hurdles since and should be thereabouts here, but this is tougher than the race Fifty Cents won at this track a fortnight ago. At the other end of the weights MONS CALPE went close at Windsor last week on his first start since July. Back on a winning mark, Paul Cole's charge looks up to landing this lesser contest.
