Rains Of Castamere completed a double with a victory over 7f here earlier in the week and an apprentice’s allowance negates a penalty. Red Jasper is also penalised for winning at Southwell recently but this is tougher than the seller Divine Connection won at Wolverhampton. Disarming went close over track and trip back in January but THOMAS LANFIERE was beaten only a short head in a higher grade at Chelmsford last time so gets the speculative vote in an open contest. Any strong support for Mabre, Flower Of Thunder or Dover Light should be noted as all three go handicapping for the first time.
