Nothing leaps off the page so perhaps siding with top-weight MUSASHI is the best idea; Dancing Welcome and Silidan may be the biggest dangers. Laura Mongan's son of Hawk Wing has been holding his form well this year since some average runs over hurdles. His beating of Copper King in January reads well and so despite his wide draw he is preferred. Dancing Welcome is a course and distance winner who still looks fairly treated, One Cool Dream tries blinkers but probably needs more help from the handicapper, whilst Silidan holds Whotsit on a formline through recent winner Headache. Guildernstern is edging down to a very attractive mark and runs this course well, as do Sovereignty and Too Grand. Bold Diva is better than her latest run, whilst Josiah Bartlett is no superstar but is at least consistent. A chance for Musashi to get back to winning ways.
