Verdict

MILLE MIGLIA is back on the same mark as when successful at Newmarket last season and a recent neck defeat over track and trip suggests Clive Cox’ filly is set for a return to winning ways. Lingfield winner Tequilamockingbird has a shout and so does Sandown third Holiday while The Thunderer slips further down the weights. Charlie Arthur has been in decent form on Turf but has to race off a 10lb higher mark back on the all-weather.
