      Verdict

      The improving three-year-old Amtiyaz is on a hat-trick after victories over shorter trips at Newcastle and Wolverhampton. The step up to 2m shouldn’t be a problem but this a very competitive finale and he’s already been beaten three times on Polytrack. Imperium is also on a roll and seeks a fourth win in five all-weather starts while Alfredo is another course and distance winner. DANCE TO PARIS could represent some value as, despite being unsuited by a drop back to 1m6f, Lucy Wadham’s charge was only a couple of lengths behind Amtiyaz at Wolverhampton and is 4lb better off - he has a very solid record over this track and trip. Cosmelli has been a grand servant but looks high enough in the weights at present.
