      Verdict

Bulldog Spirit won at Newcastle on his debut but was no match for OH SO CHARMING when the latter returned a five-length winner at Redcar. Grant Tuer’s charge is penalised for this but any further progress would make him hard to beat. Icy Dip takes a further step up in trip having posted an improved effort over 7f here while there was little between Outgun and Star Of Mayo over track and trip last time though neither threatened. Zeepost can include a Group 3 winner among her winning relatives and is preferred to Blink and Bala Hatun of the newcomers.
