Polydamos finished a promising third at Sandown on his debut but was aimed high on his latest start in June when well beaten in Listed company at Ascot. He'll be winning soon at this level, but it could be SHEIKH THE REINS turn today. The latter has been placed in better maidens on the turf on his last two starts and John Best's colt can open his account in this company.
