Strong Power posted a better effort when second at Leicester and could figure again. Clever Candy missed out on a hat-trick last time having won over track and trip before that with Vandad back in third though finished behind Buy Me Back when the latter won here back in March. But ISLAND WARRIOR (NAP) showed a big improvement on his first outing after wind surgery when landing a novices race over course and distance on his reappearance and there should be more to come from Heather Main’s charge now handicapping.
