A typically competitive sprint with which to bring the evening's entertainment to a close. We like the look of High Reach who is preferred to Davids Mark and Piccostar. The selection was once rated as high as a hundred but competes now from a lowly mark of 52. He has found some form of late for John O'Shea though in selling and claiming company and should be competitive back in the handicap ranks. He's only had one start here in the past but should handle the track and give a good account. Davids Mark is well drawn and in good form and it could be hard to keep this course and distance specialist out of the frame but he looks to be weighted up to the ceiling of his ability. Piccostar may well have finished closer with a clear run last time and has the ability to go well whilst her inexperienced pilot already has a couple of successes on the board from just a handful of rides. She should go well but High Reach can land the spoils.
