In depth

Verdict

This looks wide-open but SUMMERVILLE BOY won the race last year when it was staged at Cheltenham and he beat Thomas Darby and Call Me Lord at Aintree in the autumn. He ran well over 2m1f in a Grade 2 at Cheltenham four weeks ago and can reverse earlier Newbury running with likely favourite McFabulous over this shorter trip. Younevercall holds On The Blind Side on earlier form and was back to his best when fourth in the Long Walk at Ascot while the game mare Indefatigable will strip fitter for her run here in November.
