The handicapper appeared to have overassessed the abilities of Fastrac Boy after a Wolverhampton maiden win last winter, but he has now dropped to a much handier mark and can take advantage here at the main expense of Wibbadune, Taboor and Rosie Cross. John Best has his yard in good nick at present and Fastrac Boy went very well from this mark of 51 when just held at Lingfield last time. Although he has never won here he has handled the track well in defeat and over his optimum trip he can land this poor race. Wibbadune is another moderate performer who broke her maiden over c&d last month but then found the going tougher in handicap company off this mark last time and she is not one to trust. Taboor is now fully 15lb below his last successful mark which came in June 2006. He goes okay here but is clearly not easy to win with and despite a good effort in defeat last time he can be taken on again. Rosie Cross is now back on her last winning mark and we should see a lot more of her here than of late as a result of that. She may prove to be the big danger to our selection Fastrac Boy.
