Verdict

Charlie Appleby complicates matters running the handicap debutants TANGLED WORDS and Mythical Dancer. The former gets a speculative vote on last month’s course and distance success though his stablemate shares the same handicap rating having won at Thirsk earlier and has been recently gelded. Boafo Boy is upped in distance for his handicap bow while Sydney Street drops down in trip after placing in a nursery at Chelmsford and that pair look best of the rest.
