Verdict

Lunatick finished runner-up over 1m2f on his reappearance so it’s a bit of a surprise to see him dropping down to 7f. Alpha Crucis won over a mile at Windsor and is another down in trip while Ertebat scored over 6f at Pontefract last month. Animate has won twice over today’s trip on the Tapeta but NEW ENDEAVOUR (NAP) is a course and distance winner dropping down in class having returned to action at York and he gets the vote. Ajjaj and Diamond Vega are other unexposed types to consider.
