    Verdict

A runner-up in the Group 2 July Stakes last year, LEWISHAM has the best form by some distance. He made a mess of a similar opportunity at Doncaster on his reappearance when Boblini was well beaten but should make no mistake this time. Guru Baby and Sally Bruce filled the places over track and trip recently but stand little chance if the selection runs anywhere near his mark while Nepalese Pearl finished last of 16 on her debut at Newbury.
