Jellmood sets the standard off a mark of 92 having landed the odds in novice company last month. The remaining quartet all made winning starts but Lawn Ranger has been beaten subsequently and Rajaam is sporting headgear for the first time having won at Lingfield in November. One Cool Daddy has the more recent form with a course and distance success but KINGS SHIELD is preferred. John Gosden’s Scat Daddy colt was successful at Newcastle in November, with subsequent winners behind, and the early 2000 Guineas entry may prove good enough in this.
