    Verdict

    A winner over a mile here in February, REZWAAN turned in an even better effort to score over C&D last time. Eased down in the closing stages once clear of the field, he looks to be still improving and should take care of today's rivals with the minimum of fuss. Both Slikback Jack and Kentish have plenty to prove over this longer trip and are not in particularly good form anyway, while Orchard Supreme remains out of sorts.
