Sameem appeared not to stay the extra distance at Newbury last time having landed a double earlier. The front-runner should fare better over today’s trip but KITAABAAT came up short over 1m6f at Chelmsford having beaten The Trader in a match over today’s distance at Doncaster before that. Placed here in August, David Simcock’s charge may prove good enough given Island Brave looks in need of further. Big Challenge has something to prove now after a couple of poor efforts and the remaining pair also arrive out of sorts.
