Gulliver bids for a hat-trick under a penalty having won over 7f at Lingfield just four days ago. Pettochside won at Goodwood last month and ran well again off today’s mark last time but Kasbah has to race off a 9lb higher mark back on the all-weather. Fast Track has a shout on an earlier placed effort here but hasn’t raced since June and Intransigent has won just the once since 2014. The veteran TROPICS hasn’t won for some time either but missed the whole of last year and has tumbled 22lb down the weights this season. Dean Ivory’s charge gets a speculative vote having run well for long way over track and trip last time before fading in the closing stages.
