Verdict

A winner on Turf, GREY D’ARS has been threatening to open his account on the all-weather and finished runner-up over track and trip last time. He may come good in a weak race with an apprentice’s allowance helping his cause. Chinese Whisperer is another creeping closer and steps up in trip for this while Pledge Of Peace and My Boy Sepoy have a shout on earlier form if putting recent below par efforts behind them. Crimson King won here last March but hasn’t raced since September.
