        Verdict

        It would have been no surprise to see NEXT TRAIN’S GONE raised by more than 7lb after landing a hat-trick with a facile nine-length win at Chelmsford. A course and distance winner, he’s worth sticking with until beaten. King Calypso was runner-up to the selection before scoring here himself while Lanceur was second over track and trip on his latest start. Multigifted has been winning over 1m4f recently but is another course and distance winner and preferred to Clowance One and Grumeti in her current form.
