Bardd won a Sandown bumper last year and made a winning start on the Flat when taking a Chelmsford maiden. Nicky Henderson doesn’t run many on the all-weather so his presence is significant but NIGHT OF GLORY is a decent middle-distance performer on Turf and is surely the one to beat if taking to the surface. Firmage Burg will be going hurdling soon but did run well on his sole start in France, though that was back in March. Arctic Chief has been placed in bumpers but that was a very long time ago and he showed nothing over hurdles last year.
