      Verdict

      It's difficult to see beyond EMPRESS CHARLOTTE in this finale if she reproduces the form of her second over this trip at Wolverhampton last month. That was easily her best effort to date and she gets 3lb from Amazon Twilight, who was arguably flattered by his fifth at Leicester in October. The others appear to have little to recommend them, though Les Landes is now tried in cheekpieces after failing over a longer trip at Wolverhampton earlier this week.
