LINE OF REASON won over today's trip on his racecourse debut in September but just failed to catch the winner over 7f here a week ago. That looks superior form to the more exposed Hard Walnut, fourth on her handicap debut at Lingfield, and David Simcock's charge gets the nod. Indian Affair dead-heated for first place over track and trip last time with Echo Brava well beaten and looks a real threat but Desert Donkey failed to figure when sent off favourite in an easier contest during the week.
